Jun 23, 2004 A brownish mead with no head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of honey and rosehips. The flavor is very sweet completely dominated by honey but with the alcohol setting in from the middle to the end - in the beginning just as the tast of alcohol, but then turning in to a warming feeling on the tongue to end almost like a burn on the tongue - very nice and it gives a lot of warmth on a cold summers night. The flavor also contains notes of flowers and rosehips. A great mead.

Mar 30, 2008 RB DK #1200: 70 cL bottle@fonefan/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours clear and pale to golden yellow with no head. Sweet honey, spiced and raisin aroma. Flavour is floral, sweet and light raisins. Goes into a distinct herbal and floral flavour before the finish. Ends light herbal and warming.
