Ceramic bottle. Brown amber nice colour. Powerfull spicey aroma. Vinius nice long finish. Syruply palate. NIce.

Amber color without any head. Flowery with vinous notes. Sweetness with fruit ( figs ? ) and some spices. Full body with a sweet, fruity finish.

Dark amber, no head. Alcoholic, sweet honey nose, quite intense. Mildly fruity, aged and sweet honeyish flavor, some alcohol. Medium bodied, syrupy palate.

(Ceramic bottle). Clear amber, no head. Sherry, honey aroma. Portwineish, honey, clover, some spices. Alcoholic kick in the finish.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Amber colour, no head. Aroma is honey, sweet alcohol, sap and some more honey. Flavour is strong spices, anise, some mild honeyish and wooden notes.

Bottle at tasting. Amber colour with no head. Aroma and taste of honey, oak and alcohol. Mead added with Riga Balzam, so why they call it Jyde Mjød? And it completely distroys your followed tastings. Yerk it´s bad!

Clear amber colour with no head. Aroma of alcohol, wine-like, honey, vanilla and oak. Tasty flavour of vanilla, honey, sweetness. Ends with a alcoholic finish.

Pours a light red amber with no head. Aroma is alcoholic, sweet caramel and honey. Oily mouthfeel. Flavour is mostly burning alcohol, sticky sweetness and not much else. Dull and far too alcoholic.
