Jun 18, 2007 Bottle (as Gl. Dansk Eng-Mjød, thx to papsoe for sharing) Copper-golden, unclear, oily pour with no head. Alcohol, honey, heather and a little spicyness in the aroma. The flavor is sweet, with honey, flowers, heather and some spices. Full, sweet mouthfeel. Alcohol, sugar and heather in the finish. Quite nice. (070510)

May 20, 2007 Bottle. No head and no lacing. Clear pale yellow colour. First impression was that of a sherry. Other notes of medicine, floral, heavy raisins, honey. Medium to full bodied with a flat carbonation. Alcoholic texture. Moderated to heavy sweet flavour. Sweet finish. Thanks to Papsoe
