The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Courtesy of Yespr. Golden with an alluring aroma of honey, flower and it seems so pure in all the notes. The flavour has sweetness, notes of honey and flower - but also some more heavy and vinous notes. This is a really, really nice mead!

RB DK #1200: 70 cL bottle@fonefan/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours clear and pale to golden yellow with no head. Sweet honey, spiced and raisin aroma. Flavour is floral, sweet and light raisins. Goes into a distinct herbal and floral flavour before the finish. Ends light herbal and warming.

Bottled. Thx gnoff. Golden. No head. Sweet aroma from honey and alcohol. A bit light, soruish tone in the flavour. Loads of honey.

Sample from bottle, thanks to Gnoff. Golden color with no head. Sweet honey aroma, alcohol, some wood, some sweet fruits. Woody flavor, lots of honey, sweet, of course with some alcohol. Sherry notes and a bit too sweet.

Bottle. Clear golden colour whitout a head. Aroma and flavour of fruit, alcohol and spice.

Thanks gnoff for the sample! Clear golden with no head. Woody, syrupy, sherry-like, a bit alcoholic with a faint touch of floral honey. Medium bodied and smooth. Pleasant sweetness with a dry edge.

(70 cl ceramic bottle, purchased on Copenhagen airport) Clear golden color. Sweet, apple and alcohol scent. Sweet honey and alochol taste with a plum and alcohol aftertaste. Warming almost burning feeling. Oily mouthfeel.

Drank out of a Viking horn in Plan B :) Sweet flowery aroma, sweet honey, some glue and terpentine, quite fruity, some red fruit. Taste of flowers, honey.
