Commercial Description:
100% malted barley gives this classic ale a mild biscuit, toasted malt taste. This is a medium bodied beer with perfect balance of malt flavors. The color is a brilliant amber, while the aroma is slightly fruity and malty.

Bronze color with a light beige head. Aromas of light fruit, with a backdrop of rhubarb and wild flowers. Flavors of bananas and other fruits. Some hints of spicy yeast. A nice mild Belgian style brown ale. Thanks Blake.

Bottle. Amber pour with a off white head. Aroma of light bready malt and a hint of sour. Light malt and some soapiness come trhough in the flavor. Light-medium body with a sour/bitter finish.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with Puddintane (thanks!). Poured a deep and cloudy amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of bananas, lightly spicy, some caramel and a little bready. Interesting aroma that grew on me. Tastes of bread, toasted malts, and had a lighter fruitiness than the aromas. Thinner yet creamy body.

Pour is bright red and hazed with a thin off white head...smell is musty and breadlike...taste is richly malty and sweet with a slight citrus finish...

12oz from Milwaukee 06’ YEAH. Copper color, white head. Wait a second. This isnt an amber. Its a Hefe-Amber-Weizen. Seriously. Its a perfect blend of the two styles, both are there but independant.

Light amber color. Smell of bananas hops, malt and caramel. Taste of wheat, hops, malt and hits of lemon and bananas. This could use a little bit more flavor from the malt and hop family.

Bottle at the Chuck’s thanks to 1FastSTi! Poured an almost clear medium amber with a ring of white head. Sweet caramel with yeast in the aroma with a brighter sweetness that I couldn’t place... mild herbs. Flavor was of caramel and an odd soapy sweetness.. some herbal bitterness.. a splash of lemony goodness.. OK overall. Creamy middle on the palate with some brighter notes at the sides.. light-medium bodied. Not bad.
