| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 8, 2009 Pour is, appropriately, amber and very hazy with a thin white head that soon turns into a ring. Smell is caramel malts and surprisingly heavy. Same on the flavor. Sweet and bitter, yet almost watery. Not a bad brew, but Dark Horse has a lot better. polomagnifico (535), Saginaw, Michigan, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 31, 2008 bottle. Aroma has notes of fruit, yeast, caramel. Medium brown hue with an average sized off white head that mostly diminished. Flavor is sweet and slightly bitter. Palate is light bodied and soft. Tastes more like a watered down belgian strong than an amber ale. Wack a do.
