Commercial Description:
It’s not as heavy bodied and malty as many IPA’s, in contrast the palate is more crisp and dry. If you consider yourself a "hop-head" you owe it to yourself to grab this beer.

Growler from pub. Hazy golden pour with thick off-white head. Smells of mango, citrus, hops. Big hop presence in taste with a bitterness that builds upon itself. Smooth citrus flavors. Dry bitter finish. Very good beer.

12oz bottle. Aroma is heavy hopps with flower, citrus, and herbal notes. Large creamy off-white head that mostly diminished and left good lace. Murky body with an average amount of tiny particles. Medium orange/amber hue. Flavor is crispy bitters with an average finish. Palate is light/medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Good aroma, great look, decent palate, but the dry bitterness overpowers any other flavors. Good brew but too one dimensional.

Bottle. Pours a medium amber with a very thick head. Nose is citrus and hoppy. Flavor was big hops with a bitter, dry finish. Very full-bodied IPA. I was really enjoying this one, but iunfortunately it was getting a bit tiresome with the bitterness becoming somewhat tediious. However, a all-in-all real good IPA. Thanks to lewis13 for this one.

Bottle - Nice white head with good lacing. Dark Golden Hazy unfilltered appearance. Deep woodsy grassy flavor. Wow, this beer was very easy to drink. They don’t get much more crisp. One of the best beers I’ve had this summer. The brewer at the Dark Horse deserves a pat on the back for this one.

Bottle: Hazy copper, nice off white head and lots of lacing. Nose of bright citrusy pine and wood. The flavor is yeast with a nutty malt overtone and a nice bitter spicy balance. Still a bit overgrassy and dry in the finish.
