A very good beer. I should try their other products. rsmalek (2), USA does not count | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Dec 18, 2006 Both bottle and on tap. This is a consistently brewed and highly drinkable IPA. The hops are predominant but it is well balanced. This beer makes it worth living in Marshall, Michigan!! Sweet, citrus-hoppy aroma: mandarin orange and cookie dough with a zippy lime essence to balance it out. This beer’s malt sweetness level is great for the style. It’s dry enough to let the hops take center stage but not too dry where it’s unbalanced and no mouthfeel. The malting is your basic pale with a touch of crystal while the hops of of the grapefruit rind zest variety. Resinous finish. A great IPA to keep in the fridge. Hangover (769), Atlanta, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 6, 2006 Murky dark orange pour with a quickly receding head. Citrus, pine and fruity aroma. Nice hoppy taste. More citrus than anything else, but there is also a very light toastiness from the malt, which is as light as advertised. Very pleasant to drink. Not so much a hop bomb, just an enjoyable hoppy experience without exceedingly strong resinous aftertaste. This take on an IPA is very appealing to me. Very enjoyable. ogglethorp (890), Ohio, USA

Pour is a light golden color, slightly cloudy, with a nice sized off white head that hangs on. Aroma is typica IPA, grapefruit, pine, floral. Taste is more of the same grapefruit, pine, floral. Palate is crisp, light to medium bodied, refreshing. Very good. JoshuaB (427), Detroit, Michigan, USA

Crisp dry citrus grapefruit flavor. Like the syupy one bettter but this was a good beer after an eight hour shift. Cool and crisp on the palate with some dryness but nothing a glass of water for hydrayion can’t heal. Thanks. TheEpeeist (1469), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA
