Commercial Description:
It’s not as heavy bodied and malty as many IPA’s, in contrast the palate is more crisp and dry. If you consider yourself a "hop-head" you owe it to yourself to grab this beer.

Great herbal, piney hop aroma. Flavor is perfectly balanced with very light malt sweetness counteracting the big herbal hops.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Woodman’s Market in Madison, WI. Thick, dark orange pour with a foamy white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, pine, and some sweetness. Good hop flavor with a moderate malty sweetness. Very well balanced. A solid IPA.

Pours hazy orange with a nice just off white head that dissapates. Nice Aroma of citrus, grass and pine. Taste is the same but less hop bite and citrus/pine as the aroma would have you think. More of a malt backbone. Good, but a bit more of the hops in the flavor and this would have been great.

12 oz bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with a thick, creamy head. I was very surprised by the head on this...wow. Aroma was mostly a crisp hops, flavor was citrus and grapefruit, with a malty body. It felt a bit thin, but not unpleasant. Overall I enjoyed this immensely.

hazy copper color, fluffy quickly dissapearing head, lacy. beautiful citric aroma. creamy caramel offsets the scrumptious grapefruit bitterness., medium bodied, creamy mouth feel, mildly bitter (but lingering) finish. an enjoyable brew, a few more of these and i’ll be joy-riding on my lawn tractor. 6 pack from liquor depot in monee.

Pour is a hazy orange body with a big rocky off-white head. Very grassy, citrus with a mild dry finish. Nice.

Have had out of the bottle and on tap at the brewpub...this review is after pouring into a pint glass from a bottle. I think I actually prefer this to Bell’s Two Hearted Ale, but I’m not sure...I go back and forth. They are both great IPA’s, to be sure. The appearance is wonderfully hazy, with beautiful, unfiltered floaters dispersed evenly throughout the glass. Aroma is grassy and citrusy. Very nice balance of hops and malt. Full of flavor, very refreshing. This is a very nice beer.
