Feb 4, 2007 Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a lazing orange head. It has a strong hop aroma with notes of citrus and grapefruit - and almost a herbal note. The flavor is dry and herbal with notes of grass and alfa acids. A bit too dry for me.

Jun 14, 2008 12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy and yellow with a lacing white head. Solid spiced hops, pinewood aroma. Flavour is dry and hoppy with light caramel malt base to provide just enough balance. Smooth and bitter wooden finish.

Aug 29, 2009 Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear amber, rich firm head. Distincy grapefruit aroma. Fairly sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Pi grapefruit displayed on crystal malt body powdered with sugar. Less bitterness than anticipated.

Sep 24, 2009 Bottled@Monks Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy orange colour, small beige head. Aroma is hops, fruits, wood, yeast and some mild notes of grass. Flavour is quite much the same in a rather balanced way. Wellbalanced, refreshing and pleasant. Wooden and fruity notes in the aftertaste.
