Jun 25, 2003 Pours fairly dark for a witbier (light amber) with a white head. Spicy aroma gives way to wheat, coriander, cloves, and lemon-pepper flavors. The body is semi-sour with a bitter aftertaste. A different interpretation of a witbier, lurking close to being an American wheat.

Apr 28, 2003 Lemon and wheat on the nose, but also skunk, alas! Let's hope its just the nose. Lovely cloudy medium amber, largeish frosty head. Mmmm luckily the flavor isn't skunked, this is quite good. Creamy and refreshing at first, but peppery and spicy at the end. Shame about the nose; maybe it's just me in this case?

Aug 20, 2002 Orange coloured, hazy. Clean and dry with some lemon and some vanilla. Unusually bitter finish for a wheat beer.

Aug 15, 2002 Cloudy light golden with some floaty stuff. Somewhat tart, hints of apple, slight hop finish. Overall, quite unspectacular.

Jul 24, 2002 Light, wheaty, hint of lemon. Murky appearance. Overall a lightly crisp wheat, not spectacular though given the previous beers I might just have ’lost’ my palate.
