12 oz bottle pours a brown black with a thick tan head. Blueberry malt aromas come to the nose, sweet fruity with chocolate roast and smoke behind it. Creamy full mouthfeel that fades to the sweet chocolate stout with lots of blueberries around the edges. Finishes dry with roast and blueberries. Pretty tasty at first but I grow tired of this beer, it needs a lactic sourness to it, to make this a really good brew.

12 oz bottle pours a thick oily black color with a tiny brown lacing that quickly fades. Aroma of roasted chocolate malts and faint bluberries. Taste is of bitter chocolate, roasted malts and blueberries. The blueberries taste really ripe and fresh. An innovative yet excellent brew.

bottle, from trade with barleypops. Ok aroma, bittersweet, roasted malts, chocolate, coffee with blueberry jelly. Dark brownish black color, small head, no lace. Bitter sweet flavor, Lite body, smooth oily creamy mouthfeel, Bitter sweet dry finish. Good, but nothing exciting, very drinkable,

Bottle, thanks to tjthresh. Wow. A fruit stout that isn’t a worthless disaster. Remarkable accomplishment in itself. Aroma of blueberries and chocolate. Flavor nicely roasted with a hint of coffee, loads more semisweet blueberry and semisweet chocolate. Dry, blueberry finish. Great beer, great dessert, simple, smooth, deceptively decadent, and all at 4.5%.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. The first whiff is like WHOA BLUEBERRY, but the first sip is stout notes with coffee and such. I just didn’t find it to be a great combo.

Pitch black. Small brown head. Looks intense. Aroma is big blueberry, roasty chocoffee, malt, and dough. Flavor is the same with a bitter finish. Full, rich, smooth body. Excellent stout.

I love stout and I love blueberries so right away I like the idea of this beer. pours black with a noisy tan head that quickly disappears. the aroma is faintly of blueberry and more of roasty stoutness. sadly so is the flavour, with the blueberry really only coming in at the end. still quite a tasty beer, I’d just like a little more fruit..

12 oz. bottle - thanks to pepsican for the trade; pours jet black with thin tan head; aromas of blueberry and chocolate; smells almost like blueberry pancakes soaked in maple syrup; rich with a slight tartness from the blueberries as it tastes like they used wild blueberries; chocolate and roasty in the finish; nice texture to it as well; wow, i thought this was just fantastic
