12 oz. bottle - thanks to pepsican for the trade; pours jet black with thin tan head; aromas of blueberry and chocolate; smells almost like blueberry pancakes soaked in maple syrup; rich with a slight tartness from the blueberries as it tastes like they used wild blueberries; chocolate and roasty in the finish; nice texture to it as well; wow, i thought this was just fantastic

Pours with a velvety texture to an oily, thick black body; a thin pond of tanned marshmallow foam rests easy. Blueberry aroma lunges out excitedly with the first crack of the cap and breathes more calmly with dark vinous depth once poured; ethereal, tangible sumatran dark roast, prunes, black licorice and moist earth lend a dense, approachable sophistication. Really a beautiful aroma. Damp and tannic flavor of blueberries lingers heavily on the astringency of black and roasted malt, warming steadily into a pleasant, delicate counterpoint of excessive bitterness and excessive fruitiness; hints of browned banana, french roast, vanilla cola, currant and maple wood. Smoky and wet, with a hint of steamed vegetable creeping in on the back. Detailed despite its understated character in terms of size, and even a bit tightly wound with fruit and sugar, so as to suggest that it might even age well for a year or two. Fluffy palate pushes the boundary of viscous; softly carbonated, and sweetly coating, giving way to a lightly acrid peaberry and tannin finish. Rich, lucid, and leaving a polished impression; well done.

Blueberry greets the nose as soon as the cap is opened. Pours a very dark dirty motor oil pour... pretty dark brown head too, but more bubbly than creamy. Eventually fades to a nice creamy ring. Nose has candied blueberry + roasty dark chocolate. Tart blueberry and dry roasty malt. Piney blueberry skins, dark bitter 99% chocolate. Sweet glazed doughnuts. Very good and enjoyable.

Pours a thick black brown color with a large reddish brown head. Nose is blueberry syrup, milk chocolate, brownie, and some kind of dirty wooden floor. Tastes like roasted malt, sweet hot cocoa, a faint hint of blueberry flesh, and bitter chocolate. Long bitter finish, pretty good mouthfeel. I like it.

bottle.....pours just like the rest of them but with a slightly darker brown head.....yummy aromas of blueberry tickle the nose.....flavor is chocolate with stong hints of blueberry and even some smokey roastiness added. extremely smooth texture that accentuates the flavor even more. slightly better than one and too at this point.

The pour on this baby is immediately blubbery nose. Black , thick, with a heavy dark brown head. As stated, nose is blueberry. Surprise, there is much more blueberry in the nose than the taste. There is a lot of roasted coffee here, with fruit hints, like a black coffee with after taste of pie. Wonderful brew. Thank you, so much!
