Not over the top but tremendous blueberry flavor without being cloying. You wouldn’t want more than one at any time. Unique to me but more than just a novelty. Solid stout with blueberry twist.

Disclaimer: I love blueberries, and I love stout, so I was pretty much destined to love this beer.
Pours opaque black with a thick orange-brown head. Aroma of fresh blueberries and roasted espresso. Tart blueberry flavor blends well with traditional sout character - molasses, coffee, and cocoa. Neutral mouthfeel. Long roasted coffee finish is quite dry.
Bottle acquired via trade with drewbeerme - thanks, man!

Smells like blueberry pie filling, with notes of chocolate and vanilla. Pours black with a HUGE head...Taste is less than I expected. Not very heavy on the blueberries like I hoped. Slight hints of chocolate and oatmeal with the lightest bit of vanilla in there. Very smooth and creamy on the palate. As far as dry stouts go, its one of the better Ive had.

Bottle. Pours a deep black with a brown ring. Aroma of burnt toasted malt and sweeter blueberry notes. Taste is sweet and toasty, of malt and berries, reminds me of blueberry crisp. Lingering toasty flavors with a hint of berry. Very tasty berry stout.

Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted chocolate malt, coffee, prunes and a hint of blueberry. Taste is semi sweet with chocolate, blueberry, light roasted malt. Well balanced with a very dry, tart finish.

Bottle. Aroma heavy blueberry syrup and slight bit of coffee. Poured a nice deep dark brown with a chocolately head. Flavor was good, coffee, chocolate, burnt malts and tinge of blueberry. Palate was medium bodied and finished with a bitter blueberry bite. Overall not too bad.

Best smelling beer I’ve had so far. Smells EXACTLY like a blueberry muffin or blueberry pancakes. Nothing too special about the appearance, dark black with maybe tint of blue. Flavor was good, really good, but the aroma got me so jazzed that I expected much more of a blueberry flavor to this one. The blueberry flavor in this one is comparable to the cherry flavor in Bells Cherry Stout, but it certainly adds to the flavor. No bitter aftertase, nice hints of chocolate and malt. The blueberry is there, just not as much as I wanted it to be. Still, a fantastic beer!

( 12oz bottle thanks to bobby91w and sprinkle) Pours a pitch black color that is somewhat viscous, oily, nice 1 finger head but recedes as quickly as soda head. No real lacing on the glass to speak of either, but looks nice for the style. The smell is a nice complex mixture of coffee, dark chocolate, and blueberries, but the blueberries stand out just a LITTLE bit too much. Reminiscent of blueberry muffins, almost buttery even. Taste starts off coating the tongue with dark chocolate, perhaps some burnt toast! Blueberries assault the middle of your tongue. There is a little more bitterness than I like in stouts here, maybe from some hops? Not sure really. Perhaps it’s too much cocoa flavor for me; like unsweetened chocolate. There is a lot going on here really. The finish lingers with the bitterness a bit. The mixture of stout and blueberries is a pretty ingenious combination and it’s well done here. So thick and perfect, really nice carbonation, thick and viscous, needs to be creamier though and a little slicker/oily to be perfect.
