I love this stuff. I could drink alot of it. Light bodied beer with the smoke flavor. Nothing else to conflict with it. A pure beer at it’s best!!!!

Thanks Skyview. Smokey meat aroma that’s not overpowering. Smoked pork flavor with a smooth finish and slightly sweet.

Another from Skyview. Like everything from Das Bierhaus, this one is good as well. I get a pleasant smoke aroma but it is fairly mild. Much more smoke in the flavor, with bacon and roasting beef. Dark red color and mild carbonation. Medium sweet malt.

Thank you very much Skyview! Hazy brown color with no head. Very strong smoky aroma and some salted pork. The malt body is incredibly thick and sweet. Very strong malt taste. The smoke/malt balance is great.

Yummy! I had this in a growler provided by Skyview (thank you). Amber in pour. Smoked bacon aroma that reminds you of a good breakfast. Smoked pork/bacon in the flavor. Great beer.

Sampled at the Das Bierhaus tavern in downtown Menomonie, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy brownish amber brew with a creamy off-white head that has good retention and lacing. Aroma of semi-sweet caramel malt, smoked pork, burnt beachwood, a touch of pear and some flowery hops. Taste is medium bodied, very lightly carbonated with flavors of smoked pork sausage or a smoked bratwurst with some caramel malt and a touch of bittersweet hops. Finish is slightly dry with a remaining smoked pork aftertaste. One of the best well-balanced rauchbier I have tried.
