Sep 24, 2009 Pours an extremely hazy orange lemon with light white head. Aroma is very citrusy and spicy/pepper. Falvor is more tart than spicy. Lemon/orange mix. Body is light/creamy.

Sep 14, 2009 First beer offered from Dave’s Brew Farm during Autumn Brew Review 2009 in Minneapolis, MN. On draught, pours a hazy orangish amber colored saison with a creamy off-white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet golden grain malt, a touch of honey, yeast, and some mild spices. Taste is medium bodied, minimal carbonation with flavors of tart pear, yeast and a hint of clove. Finish is semi-dry with a yeast and mild spice aftertaste. Not overly tart but still a solid saison throughout.

Sep 13, 2009 Draught at ABR, 2009.Lots of yeast in the flavor and aroma. Hazy gold color. Some earth, dirt. Well carbonated. More of a dry than a sweet saison. A little sour flavor, and I would bet that it gets more sour with age.

Sep 12, 2009 First rating EVER of Dave’s Farm brews, on tap Autumn Brew Review 09. Pours a super hazy yellow orange color with minimal head. Flavor is crisp and tart with big notes of yeast fizzys. Finish is sugary and slightly grainy on the palate.
