Apr 26, 2002 Full golden-amber colour, a slightly oily character, faint malt accent, some corn syrup sweetness - no real sign of those Hersbrucker hops, though.

Dec 20, 2002 My favourite of the Dave beer family but that is like saying the best of the Lada automobiles. It really doesn’t quite cut it; who is this Dave that is taking my money? They should have a reimbursement policy for unsatisfied customers. They can call this Doppel-whatever but all it is is your standard boring beer. Jun 2, 2002 This isn’t that educated of an opinion cause I was at a party and was drinking straight from the bottle, but this certainly didn’t have much going for it. Some candyish hop notes, fairly smooth, very average.

Jan 6, 2004 Slightly pale golden hue with a off white head. Very small scent of malt, mostly hops. The taste starts off surprizingly smooth with a somewhat balanced flavour of malt and hops but ends quick to a watery, cleaning solution, generic, commercial beer. Definately not the worst beer I have ever tasted. Sure as hell not the best.
