Bottle 33cl. @ [ Fastelavns Tasting Ulfborg ].
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, molasses, sour malt notes, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090221]

Bottle, 4.8%. Weak slightly perfumy hop aroma. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is quite grainy. Not sour or unpleasant as such, though. Rough, but clean bitterness. Cleansing bitterness in the finish.

Bottle at a Papsø tasting 09-Feb-2009 - Thanks to one of the guys. Clear golden - white head. Caramel, sweetness, honey, sharpness, straw, hay, gariny, cardboard, light oxidation, light crispy.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Grassy and hoppy aroma. Flavour is dry grassy and subdued malty flavoured. Mild malt sweetness to a crisp hoppy base flavour. Ends medium dry and bitter. Clean and crisp.
