(33cl bottle) Hazy, mahogany colour with a short beige foamy head. Yeasty and sweet, slightly toast-malty and distinctively fruity (blueberries) aroma. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, toast-malty and moderately fruity taste with notes of caramel and spicy phenols; balanced toasty, slightly fruity and hoppy finish. Decent Dubbel (29.01.08).

May 5, 2008 Bottle @ Cnudde Tasting.. Clear light to medium red brown color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dusty, light coffee - cacao. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (290308)

Apr 4, 2008 The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Courtesy of Fonefan/Brugmansia. Dark mahogany and the aroma has notes of roasted malt, candy sugar and hints of cocoa. The flavour has sweetness, notes of roasted malt, light cocoa and the finish has hints of citrus. The overall impression is rather light, but still very charming, uncomplicated and pleasant.
