Bottle conditioned. Deep ruby red, thin beige sheen of bubbles and moderate condition. Low roast barley and fuit in the nose, good balance of malt, hop flavour and roastiness in the mouth and a short, sweet and malty finish.

May 5, 2008 Bottle @ Cnudde Tasting.. Clear light to medium red brown color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dusty, light coffee - cacao. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (290308)

Apr 4, 2008 The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Courtesy of Fonefan/Brugmansia. Dark mahogany and the aroma has notes of roasted malt, candy sugar and hints of cocoa. The flavour has sweetness, notes of roasted malt, light cocoa and the finish has hints of citrus. The overall impression is rather light, but still very charming, uncomplicated and pleasant.
