It’s an amber/red colored beer. It has a nice beige foamy head. A sweet aroma from toffy and fruits. a soft gentle fresh taste of caramel. A fruity taste in the back. It stays for a while in your mouth. A good beer, from a new Dutch Brewery, for a warm evening, when the sun is disappearing.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, copper colour with a big and dense beige foamy head. Sweet, slightly toasty and nutty malt aroma with toffee and a moderate yeasty (bubblegum) and fruity touch. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Toast-malty nutty and slightly fruity taste with toffee; strong spicy and moderately sweet finish with notes of alcohol and liquorice in the aftertaste. Lacks balance but is still a nice one.

Copper-red with a medium, yellowish tinted head, receding. Rather neutral initial nose, bit coloured malts, fresh parsley, later speculoos and marzipan. Again, tastes rather fresh, a tinge salty like sweet cookies can be perceivably salted, tad caramel or sweet toast. Ends sweet. Slightly burning MF, a bit fizzy and medium bodied at best. It might be a "Belgian" strong ald, it doesn’t taste like a strong ale - Belgian or other.

Pint Winterbierfestival 2007. Aroma is fruity, malty. Hazy, orange coloured with a thin off-white head. Taste is sweet, caramel malty, somewhat yeasty, fruity and sugary. Okay.

Tap at Maastricht Bierfestival A nice dark red ale with a sweet bitter taste with some spiced, fruity aroma.

Bottled. Raisin and cookie dough aroma. Copper color, off-white head, fair lace. Sweet, light bitter, raisin, hint of apple, lightly spiced and sticky. On the sweet side and a bit one dimensional but ok.
