Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Average creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Aroma of yeast, fruit, grain, caramel. Over the palate came spicy, fruity, toffee, apricot like notes. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet fruity flavour with a hint of bitterness. Light sweet fruity and spicy finish.

A little hazy golden colored beer, with a thick white foamy head. The aroma of fruits, like citrus and orange. Some malts and hops. A little spicy. The Taste of yeast with fruits, like like orange/manderin, notes of lemon. A nice hoppy bitterness. And a little honey sweet. The aftertaste is long bittersweet.

Bottle @ Felthaus/Søren Belgian tasting.
Pours golden yellow with a nice, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma has berries - mostly cranberries - some malts and sweet brewing cereal. There is some oranges and light tartness as well. Fine creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, light yeast, some brewing cereal. Very nice beer, though it is a bit too sweet and malt-centric.

330 ml bottle. Dark golden colour. Crystal clear. Tall fine-laced white head that clings to the glass. Sugary aroma. Notes of raisins. Nice distinct hop bitterness balanced by rich sugary maltiness. Honey flavours, but without most of the sweetness. Medium-bodied. Quite dry and with little aftertaste. Sharp peppery yeast aroma.
