| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 2, 2006 [50 cc bottle from the Italian importer - bottled under the label "Demetra Bock Riserva"]. This is a very clear, slightly opaque, straw yellow bock. Short pillowy head, quickly receding. Aroma is malty with flowers, summer fruits and hay. Taste is balanced, not cloying at all, with a nice bitter aftertaste. Body is light to medium. Goes down like a lager and makes up in drinkability what it may lack in complexity. Quite enjoyable; may not be really true to the style.
