Draught at the brewpub.
Hazy red-brown colour with creamy head. Huge diacetyl aroma folowed up by cocoa and milk chocolate. Light belgo yeast in flavour with butterscotch here as well.

Jun 1, 2008 Tap at the brewpub. Hazy amber color with a frothy off-white head. Light caramel aroma. Near medium body with smooth carbonation. Very light roasted caramel flavor. Seems a bit dusty. Finishes very mildly bitter. Overall light in everything, but it drinks really well.

Apr 19, 2008 [1128-20080228] Tap @ Grand Place (Brussels, B). Aroma of sugared caramel toffee sweets, sweaty grainy toast and mildly smoky yeast. Hazy, brown red body with a quick creamy white head. Sweet grainy caramelized alcohol and toasted bread flavour. Medium body is a little thin. Interesting sweetness.

Apr 1, 2008 Draught @ Les Brasseurs de la Grand Place. Hazy amber body with a descent off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt and fruity yeast, a bit spicy as well. Flavor is malt and fruity, peaches and melon. A bit thin body and some butterscotch in the finish. Refreshing.

Mar 25, 2008 (Draught - sample tray - at the brewpub) On March 23, 2008. Clear pale copper color, tan head. Dominating butterscotch and malty scent. Butterscotch and sweet taste. Butterscotch aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, a bit smooth. Low bitterness.
