This ber was better 4-5 years ago. It is now slightly grainy and a bit bitter but the fact that it can be enjoyed just off the Grand Place in Brussels makes it taste all the better.

Light hazy blonde with a thin white head. Pleasantly floral aroma, peaches, with good hops character and alcohol warmth. In mouth, nice malt with crisp hops, not overly sweet, with alcohol warmth, bananas, sour points. A bit oxidized as sample was poured from an opened bottle. May 2005.
