Ruby, chestnut with slight head. Heavy toffee caramel flavours, fruity but quite dull. There is a sicky sweet flavour about it. I wasn’t over impressed with the Brewery, but it was there to do. altonbrownd (1966), Amsterdam, Netherlands

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 1/5 | 10/20 | Jul 22, 2009 From tap at the brewpub as Dark. Pours hazy dark orange with a small and lacing off-white head. Mild spiced and floral yeasty aroma, vague caramelish touch. Flat carbonation mouthfeel. Sweet malt flavoured, light perfumed and vague spiced. Yeasty. Floral and fruity finish. This really looses it on palate and the flavour. cellar (503), Dublin, Ireland
