| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 5, 2005 Draught Slightly hazy, pale amber; small, very airy, nearly transparent head. Sweet dark candi syrup nose, mixed with lemon and lemonpeel; leathergrease & Brett. Tart despite the sugar, some exotic fruit, grapefruit, lemon. Very nice, dry, and horsey finish. Light, certain slickness from the syrup. Very good faro. I know gueuze that is less authentic than this.
