Tap, ZBF 2005. Hazy gold, thin white head and low condition. Tart nose verging on vinegar with some citrus notes, Sweet and thin in the mouth with a gentle quenching tartness. Short, watery and sweet finish.

Draught at ZBF 2005. Pours golden brown, with no head. Aroma is sweet, spicy, with somw brett. Taste is sweet from the sugar, with some lemon notes. In the aftertaste, the sweetness fades, and leaves sour notes

Darker blond lambic with no head and almost no carbonation. Rather weak light sweet-sour aroma. In the taste I get apple, lemon and pine needles. The sweetness is interestingly odd.

Draught Slightly hazy, pale amber; small, very airy, nearly transparent head. Sweet dark candi syrup nose, mixed with lemon and lemonpeel; leathergrease & Brett. Tart despite the sugar, some exotic fruit, grapefruit, lemon. Very nice, dry, and horsey finish. Light, certain slickness from the syrup. Very good faro. I know gueuze that is less authentic than this.
