Mar 7, 2005 Darker blond lambic with no head and almost no carbonation. Rather weak light sweet-sour aroma. In the taste I get apple, lemon and pine needles. The sweetness is interestingly odd.

Mar 5, 2005 Draught Slightly hazy, pale amber; small, very airy, nearly transparent head. Sweet dark candi syrup nose, mixed with lemon and lemonpeel; leathergrease & Brett. Tart despite the sugar, some exotic fruit, grapefruit, lemon. Very nice, dry, and horsey finish. Light, certain slickness from the syrup. Very good faro. I know gueuze that is less authentic than this.
