Pours hazy yellowgolden with a fine, creamy white head. Good laicing and a fine duration. Aroma is citric tart, apples, light lime and oranges. Light carbonation, wonderful mouthfeel. Flavour is superbly tart, light lactic, but mostly citric. Good notes of oranges and overripe apple. Wonderful dryness with a light toffe touch at the far end. Great gueuze. Lots of barnyard. NEEEIGH! The flavor is quite sour with some lemons, vinegar, and funky cheese. Harsh finish but in a good way. Excellent beer!! JK54B (951), Helsinki, Finland
