Medium body. Taste is sour, good cherries, very littte sweetness nice in balance with the lambic sourness.

A deep and muddy red in color, no head. Aroma is cherry, of course, but with underlying earthiness of peat and funk. Really robust and flavor that grows more complex after the initial taste of black cherries. Just a wonderful drink. Medium body and lively carbonation. The flavor is heavy acidic and light bitter. A dry fruity beer.
