A Mes rate. Bottle at ZBF.
A semi hazy orange brown colour with a decent off white head. Faint sourness, a lovely smoky hit and some good bitterness all round. Soft and fruity estery notes in the background. The infection is quite clear, full of funk and stuff that probably shouldn’t be there but I can’t help but like it. I think Tim hit the nail on the head, it’s like a Belgian Berlinner Weisse. In the words of the wonderful Bob Ross, it’s one of those “happy little accidents...”

Hazy orange body. Off-white creamy, rocky body (rocks of an old mountain massif - without ’sharp’ peaks). Head diminishes quite fastly. Soury (lactic acid), malty aroma with hints of smoke, wood and cherry. Smooth aroma, not overwhelming, but subtle, pleasant and enjoyable. Moderately sour, lightly sweet flavour. Quite white beer like (bit like Berliner Weisse due to the lactic acid). Pleasant, not very complex but nice indeed.

Special version for the summer. Darker hazy amber coloured beer with an average white head and light carbonation. Special herby and hoppy aroma. Full palate. Finish is specialy fruity, with some hoppy and light smokey parfume. Full fruity, nice hoppy and slightly better than the regular version
