11.6 oz bottle. Thick head - took a long time to settle. Hazy yellow orange pour. Yeasty aroma with a bit of spice and fruit. Very dry and bitter with citrus fruit notes. Medium body. Not bad,

Bright hazy yellow, with a white head that takes forever to settle. Aroma is spicey and yeasty, with notes of citrus and coriander. Flavor is a mix between some sweet almost creamy fruityness, spices and some tart/ sour citrus notes. Very dry.

Pours a golden color into the trappist head with an enormous fluffy white head. There were remnants of the head left in the lacings on the sides of the glass. The scent was very yeasty and spicey with notes of sugar and honey. A quick prickly sensation on the sides of the tounge are balanced by a malty, yeasty finish. A nice strong ale.

Dark hazy copper pour with a two finger thick frothy off white head. Burnt orange peel, sugar, spices and some floral hints. Immediate taste of honey comb, and later some bread with an alcohol after taste that leaves a slight tingling in the mouth.

11.2 oz bottle-A hazy yellow with a huge head and lots of carbonation. Aroma of belgian yeast, pears, and a little hops. Taste of this light to medium bodied brew is of the same with citrus(not hops) and hops and finishes with some alcohol and a dryness. A nice decent brew to sip and relax.

huge almost uncontrollable head, white and fizzy.....I’m waiting while i listen for the head to settle....aroma of pears and spice....slightly cloudy hay color...very fizzy mouth feel...initially sweet and yeasty...heavy alcohol in the finish....leaves the mouth with a pasty film ....nice enough but I could do without the lingering aftertaste

From a 330mL Bottle. Gusher. Pours a somewhat hazy, straw gold color with a huge layer of fizzy white head. It actually appears to be clearing up a bit as it warms, which is interesting because it appeared crystal clear in the bottle before I put it in the fridge, but developed quite the chill haze during the cooling process. Herbal, spicy hop aroma that’s decorated with some delicate black peppercorn yeasty spice and herbal coriander. Light bodied, crisply carbonated mouthfeel. Lightly sweet, bready malt flavors up front on the palate, followed by a wave of the signature, De Dolle yeast spice. Finishes exceptionally dry, with a lingering hop bitterness leaving a pine residue on the palate.

Bottle at La Trappiste in Altrincham, huge head. Like my mate warry, enormous bonce. Very good. Undertones of smoke but with a sweet candy floss kind of thing going on. I liked it.
