Aug 21, 2008 Bottle @ Café Gollem. Hazy yellow/amber colour, big white head, lots of carbonation. Aroma is fruity, spicy, yeast, malts, tart. Flavour is fruity sweet, yeasty, spicy and ends a bit sour.

Aug 18, 2008 Yellowish copper pour with a big, rocky white head and some floating sediment. The aroma has notes of honey, white grape, citrus,spice, yeast, dust, flowers, and faint alcohol. The flavor is sweet, dry and flowery with a faintly doughy malt backbone. Lots of lingering, spicy European hops and alcohol on the finish. Sticky medium body with loads of carbonation.

Cloudy orange, small head. huge estery aroma, a little gluey. Alcoholic and fizzy palate. Rich malty body, a little bit of rubber. Heady - winey and a little alcoholic, but spookily pleasant. Too much alcohol, but otherwise a lovely brew.

Jul 28, 2008 bottle. Pours a hazy golden color, medium white fizzy head, lots of visible active carbonation leaves a nice layer of foam that sticks around. Aromas of sweet candi sugar, yeasty sharpness, and some sweet fruit. Flavors of sharp yeast and a hefty dose of booze balances with a smooth sweetness, notes of table sugar, tangerines, and sweet breads. Palate is very crisp and sharp, booze shows up a bit much leaving something of an oily finish.
Overall: an interesting and tasty brew, but one that suffers from a couple distinct problems.

Jul 26, 2008 330ml bottle from WLV....pours a hazy golden orange brown, very bubbly with a thick white head.... aromas of sweet candied sugars, yeast, and a little mustiness....flavors of sweet candied sugar and a pretty assertive malt profile overall. pretty full and velvety mouthfeel with quite a bit of carbonation. very light bittering at the tail end. not bad for a tripel style ale.
