Aroma of citrus, some fruits, yeast, and a dry alcohol. Very sweet, creamy caramel at first in the flavor with a spicey, fruity middle. The fizzy citrus and alcohol don’t surface until the finish, leaving a slightly bitter dryness. Bragesnak (2360), Aarhus, Denmark

Appearence like a apple-cider. The nose is light fruity, peach and something sweet. The body is round, fruity and firm and has notes of champange...though missing the bubbles. Davinci (296), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 22, 2008 extremely hazy tea colored pour with rocky head. nice tiny bubble make their way up with tiny yeaties at bottom of the glass. Head lasts forever. Spicey aroma, with apricot and standard issued ester profile. tart apple aromas add to the nose as well. Flavor is spicey strong alcohol (rubbing alcohol) some fruity ester, but booze really dominates. Moutfeel is tingly with dry boozy finish. gsteph (266), knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 17, 2008 Cloudy orane tinged-golden pour. Huge pillowy, tight white head. Alcohol macerated dried apples, peaches and apricots. Faint traces of coriander and clove. An exuding wonderful sweetness. Bread, tart apples with a sharp tongue piercing flavor. Some honey and candy sugar. Dried pit fruit and warming spices. Alcohol very present on the finish, but warming and welcome. If all Mad Bitches were like this I’d take two.
