| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 13, 2007 Pours cloudy and coppery, with an enormous white head that last, lacing the glass beautifully. The nose is strongly ruled by grapefruit and coriander tones followed more subtly yeast, and sugar. The flavor is sweet , sugary with touches of citrus and fine belgian yeast, that cover the alcohol very well. A great tripel! Pastor (509), Maine, USA

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Sep 22, 2007 Pours a cloudy orange color int the trappist glass. There was a huge thick, creamy white head that settled into a half inch of head for the tasting. There was a nice ringlet of lacing that crept down the glass. The scent was of bubble gum, banana, clove, malt and yeast with some sour notes to accompany. A huge bubbly effect on the tounge and lively carbonation. A perfect sweetness balanced with an alcohol burn. One of the best tripels that I have tasted.
