Commercial Description:
De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned.

De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with some floaties and a big fluffy off white head. It has a very nice and spicy aroma with notes of orange peel, rock candy, yeast and a hint of banana, cloves and grapes. The flavour is sweet with some bitterness as well and got notes of spices, yeast, malt and hops. Very nice and complex.

Pours out golden coloured with a dense white head. Flocks of yeast are floating in the glass. Hazy colour. In the nose there’s orange, lemon or citrus and some fine herbs. In the mouth it’s a thick feeling. Also fresh with lemon. It’s hoppy dry and average to much bitter. Long finish, nice. In spite of the added candy sugar the beer is more bitter than sweet. Good one.

Golden-amber color, with persistent and frothy head. Attractive very complex aroma, from the sugary malt, to the hop, to the mature fruit; a pleasure for the nose. Full body. In mouth it is splendid, initially aggressive for the alcoholic power. The sweetish taste, recalls immediately to another sip. In the long end some astringency feels him. Great beer.

Cloudy brown pour with a dense head. Aroma- hay, honey, caramel, hops, esters. Flavor- Belgian yeast, sugar, hops. Somewhat complex, yet somewhat forgettable.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy amber with a fluffy white head. Nose is a bit hoppy with some honey and Belgian yeasts. . Nicely carbonated makes and bubbly makes this feel quite refreshing. The abv is totally hidden. Not quite the classic but a nice take on the style. Some hops add an interesting twist. Finish is quite dry.

Bottle. 11.2 oz. Pours light golden blonde with a thin, off-white head. Aroma of apples, pears, honey, hay, hops, and wheat. Medium bodied with a crisp, tart mouthfeel. Slow, clean finish. Good tripel.

Love this beer. One of the best tripels I have had. Aroma is sweet but subtle. Full on the palate. Great balance between the sweet and bitter. Smooth with a great finish.

Pours a slightly hazy honey with citrus nose. Very sweet aroma slightly reminiscent of a fruited wheat. Crisp lemon flavor with a beautiful sweetness to it. The real beauty is the crisp finish Very neat and dry finish with balanced carbonation.
