Lightly yeasty aroma, light alcoholic hints of lemon and pineapple. (7+) Dry lightly alcoholic flavour, fruit of the aroma appears here as well but is more dry, and more muted. (7+) Underlying pale malt character. Very light floral hop note in the aroma? Medium bodied palate. (3+) Solid, and actually sort of refreshing. Browed by the dolle browers.
It’s a very rare beer, because you don’t find it everywhere. Full aroma with some bitter hopflavor. At the end some sweetness.
Only negative point for me is the alcoholic flavor.
But a Top class beer! drewbeerme (2305), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Pour is a muddy pale yellow under a small white film head. There are no apparent yeast sediments at all. Aroma is quite sweet with oranges, yeast (Dolle) and a definite youghurt feel. Mouthfeel is a little grainy and dries out my mouth easily. Flavour is dominated by yeast and a light fruity sourness. Finishes sweet with Belgian sugars and a good warming viniousness. Otherwise a littel berries and light coriander shines through. A great brew, not Dolle’s best, but still great! oberabcbbsok (686), Hoboken, Belgium
