Bottle shared with Jeppe (thanks) and Morten. Pours a nice cloudy deep amber colour with a good light brown mostly diminishing light brown head. The aroma is a bit sour and sweet with caramel and prunes. The flavour is quite sour with a pleasant sweetness, toasty caramel and malt with some spices. Sour dry toasty finish. I do not believe this beer to have a whole 13% alc.

330ml bottle picked up last year. Pours a dark brown with a fluffy head. Aroma is sour and wine like. To taste this is extremely sour and powerful, lots of alcohol heat but still reasonably easy to drink and rather creamy. Very good.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a crispy light brown and quickly disappearing head. Raisin sweet aroma, with a citric note and a mild malt presence. Sweet then dry and finally sour flavoured. Vague malt base beneath. Dry sour long into the finish. Very nice.

2005 bottle. Big thanks to boboski for this one. Pours a murky dark chestnut brown with a thick white head. Spicy anise, sour cherry oak aroma. Taste is tart yet richly spicy and dry. The tartness is with you through the finish, but never too intense. A sour, earthy brew. The 13% is well-hidden.

Aromas of sour cherries and a slightly acidic taste. Tastes of sour fruit, with a slight warming in the chest. Very good.

bottle shared with toncatcher. Murky brownish beer with not much head. Slightly tart aromas with much more sour on the flavor. Slightly acidic. Pretty good stuff.

2002 bottle from kulminator. Dark, deep ruby with thick creamy tan head. A great looking beer! I don’t thnk I’ve given a 5 before? Sweet aroma of malt, brown sugar and light berries. Taste is sweet and slightly tangy - dried dark fruits, malt and brown sugar. Light finish of berries. Not very harsh at all considering the abv.
