4/10/07.330ml. Trade ClarkVV. Thanks. Hazy golden with moderate white head. Prominent aroma with dark fruits pitted fruits with some must Creamy sweet sharp taste with oak. The alcohol is so much better hidden than in regular stille nacht making this a much better beer. Thanks Clark.

Clear golden amber body with a medium frothy white head. Sweet slightly tart candi sugar aroma with a hint of oak. Sweet candi sugar flavor, light caramel, some light oak and a touch of sour with some light spiciness from the yeast.

From a 11.2 oz bottle shared by brewfiend, pours a semi-hazy champaign-like beverage with a thin fizzy white head that quickly dissolves to a fine film. Lots of bubbles in this brew. Aroma of sour apples, fizz scents of Asti Spumante and a touch of cloves. Tast is highly carbonated, medium bodied with flavors of sour apples/pears and tart bourbon. Finish is as tart as its flavor with a slight bourbon oak aftertaste. Ooh, the alcohol warmth in the finish is well felt.

11.2 oz bottle from slob. Thanks Bert! Lightly hazed gold with a white head. Sweet, spicy nose, cookie and light caramel, some honey notes. Sweet and thick, somewhat vinous texture. Fruity and sweetly malty, the spices recede a bit in the flavor. Still a tad hot.

Bottle, thanks Brewfiend! Poured a hazy golden color with a lasting white head. Aroma was some champagne, tart apple, and a hint of clove. The taste was sweet, as well as some oak present in the finish. Excellent mouthfeel. Very good.
