Fruity aroma, yeast, pear, some spice. Citrus pear, and apple make up the flavors a little sweet with a little tartness in the finish. I could feel the heat of the alcohol more than taste it but for 13% wow i didn’t realize it was that high .... no wonder I was feeling so good.
