| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 14, 2007 Draught Slight haze in a yellow beer with olive shine; small, very fine & dense snowwhite head, fast gone. Intense malty nose, even raw grain, bit of wheat. Pretty much like unfermented sweet worts. Sharpish, fresh wheat character. Again very grainy. Delightful absence of coriander, instead a finish of greenery, a little point of vanilla, again sweeter, worts-like. Light refreshing, wheat slickness. Quite original witbier, a relief from the Hoegaarden similis.
