Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheaty, light to moderate hoppy, citrus acidic and sweet. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration, and with some sweet vinegar notes. Fresh. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090308]

Tap at brewery: Slight hazy yellow brew from Flemish-Zealand. There are much tourist from Germany and Belgium here so this beer like an taste compromise between the two nations.

Draught Slight haze in a yellow beer with olive shine; small, very fine & dense snowwhite head, fast gone. Intense malty nose, even raw grain, bit of wheat. Pretty much like unfermented sweet worts. Sharpish, fresh wheat character. Again very grainy. Delightful absence of coriander, instead a finish of greenery, a little point of vanilla, again sweeter, worts-like. Light refreshing, wheat slickness. Quite original witbier, a relief from the Hoegaarden similis.
