| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 14, 2007 Draught Fully hazy yellow/orange-amber; thick, finely bubbled dense head, orangeish shine, leaving some lace. Again a marked warm worts nose, no trace of hops; maltsyrup, but not sweet smelling. Greenery or (non-bitter) green tea taste, with, again, unfermented worts, this time even more markedly than in the "witte". Ends faintly metallic. Light, grist/grain slickness. Aftertaste yields plenty restsugars. Rather unremarkable, middle-of-the-road ale, and, IMO, not fully fermented out.
