Had it at WBF ’09 Gouda. Orange colored brew. Fruity aroma. Flavor is sherry, ripe fruit, some sweetness, ’vlier’.

Bottle@WinterbierFestival09. Fruity and blossoms aroma. Hazy, pinkish brown color, beige head, fair lace. Sweet, light bitter, blossom, light malty, hint of licorice, sticky mouthfeel. Technically not much wrong but not my kind of flavours nor a very winter feeling.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully diminished white head. Fruity towards estery acidic aroma. Light herbal aroma and flavour with a solid sweetness. Stinging nettle elderflower like base flavour. Nice one. Distinct acidic touch into a mild bitter and slight herbal finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with an odd acidity. The flavor is acidic malty with notes of caramel and a dry finish.

Bottle. Brown color, cloudy. Red berries in both aroma and flavor. Somewhat tart. Hints of chocolate and caramel. Thin. Flowery finish.Tasty, but not particularly a winter beer.

Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours hazy pale red, with a big creamy light pink head. Good duration. Aroma is sweet, cherries, black currants, elderflowers, vinious. Surprisingly light mouthfeel. Flavour is fruity and flowery, almost bordering on perfume. Black currants and elderflowers, light dryness and a spicy/herbal aftertaste dominated by elderflowers. Weird, but not excactly bad :o)

Bottle. Unclear muddy light to medium red amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate elderberry, light berry acidic. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Very refreshing. (150308)
