Nov 24, 2006 Bottled - trade with Otje (many thanks). A darkish tripel being light amber in colour with a small beige coloured head. The aroma is a tad yeasty but has pineapple notes also. (I see jbrus concurs). Taste seems a little sweet and sour. Some orange notes amidst a light sourness. Prickly carbonation. An odd but drinkable tripel.

Sep 14, 2006 Bottled. Aroma of pineapple, apple and rhubarbre. Hazy, orange color, off-white head, fair lace. Sweet, pineapple, orange, light spices. Medium body, sparkling and warming.

Aug 24, 2006 Dark yellow/amber beer with a good off-white head. Smells nice and fruity(citrus). Tastes spicy, citrussy and sour vinegar, some more malt in the finish. Brewed by style but somewhat strange and sour.

Jan 11, 2006 Blonde and cloudy. Hoppy, creamy, citric aroma. Sharp, alcoholic flavor. Thin. Anis and the slightest touch of vinegar. A distant hoppiness. Disappointing after the pleasant aroma.
