Straw color with a wispy off-white head. Nice continued flow of bubbles. Floral and honey notes mix with a bit of light yeast. HInts of over-ripe fruit throw things off a bit. Flavors of light fruit, pale malt, bananas, and bubble gum. Not real clean, but not dirty enough to say that something is amiss. Finish is fairly crisp and light. Linger has some wheat and light fruit components. Flavors are a bit heavy at times.

750ml bottle, uncorked. Golden-yellow color with a nice foamy head. Slightly hazy with some particulates floating about. The aroma is a sugary sweet and quite bitter. Lots of sweet malt flavor, with a balanced crispness. A touch more hops than your typical Belgian Blond, which show themselves in the aftertaste. Rich and creamy, some nice smooth yeasty tones. A complete pleasure to drink. Excellent beer.
