Nov 10, 2004 Not quite getting beer - what are they going for? Perfumy lavender sweet nose - reminds me of being in a soap store. Pale hazy yelllow color and a foamy head. Lavender again in the flavor profile, some rosemary too. Watery and thin. Not enjoyable for me.

Nov 4, 2004 Clear gold, lasting white head. Ginger dominates aroma. Med caramel start with strong ginger and spice flavour. Not my cup of tea.

Oct 24, 2004 I was really disappointed by this one. Light lookthrough orange. Noe head. Sweet lemon and ginger nose. Woodruff too. Grass, ginger and lavender taste. Unbalanced and the lavender and ginger are not doing to well together.

Oct 4, 2004 Bottled - St Albans Beer Festival. A superior ginger beer with plenty of it in both the aroma and the taste. Light golden in colour and good balance of the alcohol and the spice.

Oct 2, 2004 Bottled @ the Saturday session, St Albans Beer Festival 2004. Beer #36. I don’t like ginger, but it wasn’t *that* evident in here, but it was still there and somewhat unpleasant. Malty/sweet/ginger/cleaning fluid.

Aug 28, 2004 Bottle. I don’t really like ginger beers, but this one was OK, definite ginger flavour, mixed with some lemon rindy type flavours and some Belgian yeastyness, touch of alcohol in the finish, it was OK.

May 18, 2004 What made me open my eyes with this beer, was the difference in aroma and flavor. Aroma is a bit heavy with spices. Flavor is very fresh.

May 18, 2004 Hazy yellow color with a white head. The taste is sweet with ginger citrusy flavours. Has some notes of yeast. Refreshing.
