Gold blond to hazy when fully poored out coloured beer with some ferm carbonation and an average white head. Special herby sweeter, ginger touched slightly alcoholic aroma. Powerfull body, sprankling. Finish is bitter, very herby with again ginger touches. Light alcoholic. Very special brew.

On tap @ Chez Moeder Lambic. Cloudy lemon-yellow with thick, cottony, white head. Gorgeous appearance. Aroma is sweet honey, floral and herbal, like lemongrass, orange peel, and yeah, that could be ginger. Flavor is cloying, medicinal herbal and spicy, with a mildly juicy center of lemon and faint ginger. Hops added some needed dimension toward the finish line, and the beer ends dry and piney with noticeable alcohol. Mouthfeel is lively and fairly dry. Interesting and complex, the only major turn-offs were the medicine and alcohol elements. Could be a great match with recipes that use ginger and lemon.

33 cL bottle. Pours golden yellow/orange with a huge white head. Aroma is light, fruity, berries and floral. Flavour is sweet candy caramel like with a mild fruity touch. Finish is rather sweet. Refreshing.

Bottled. Hazy golden with a low creamy white head. Strong aroma of ginger and estery yeast; touches of lemon and dough. Banana, yeast and ginger which shines trough now and then. Well-balanced finish of yeast, spices and ginger with sweet undetones of oranges. One of the best ginger bbers I’ve sampled, only beaten by Dark Star Winter meltdown.

Bottle. Hazy golden with a big creamy head and a lot of sediment, too. Refreshingly spicy aroma- ginger seems to work very well. Flavours are more of the same- the sweetness is nicely paired and the result is a very refreshing beer. Warming alcohol. I never thought I would rate a spiced beer so highly.

[bottle] Clear golden colour; aroma is a bit yeasty-spicy with some bread crust. In the mouth it is sweet, a bit spicy, with some ginger coming out in the finish. The ginger spiciness is subtle; it can be considered as a good (but not exceptionally outstanding) triple

Dark yellow colored, little white head. Plenty of yeast pieces in glass. Ginger dominates in lemony aroma, some positive skunky spices and honey there also. Medium bodied. Flavor has also strong ginger with cardboard and lemon, yeast also there.

Bottled. Pale orange colour with lots of floating particles in it. Aroma is barnyard, spices, sweetish malts. Ginger bomb! Flavour is honey, ginger, yeast, malts and hops. A very pleasant and well made beer.
