Feb 26, 2007 Bottled. Pale orange colour with lots of floating particles in it. Aroma is barnyard, spices, sweetish malts. Ginger bomb! Flavour is honey, ginger, yeast, malts and hops. A very pleasant and well made beer.

Feb 6, 2007 Slightly hazy golden color, with a lot of very small pieces flying around, and with a short white head. Aroma of a nice triple, but obviously with a lot of spice, ginger in this case, some citrus as well. Also quite spicy taste, sweet, mild bitter, some honey perhaps. Not bad though it might become a bit annoying after a while.

Nov 19, 2006 Updated: Sep 21, 2007Bottle form Utobeer. Golden with a small white head. Smells like ginger ale with a hint of lemon. Tastes somewhat similar but sweet with a touch of honey. Very mild for it’s abv, fizzy with slight sediment. Enjoyable

Sterk gekruid bier. Donker gouden kleur
bijna amber. De smaak is licht zoet maar de gember komt te krachtig uit voor mij.
Maar is niet slecht.

Retaste @ ’t Kruiske end of june ’07 and again begin sep ’07.
Aroma very spicy. Hazy yellow color with a white head. The taste is sweet with ginger citrusy flavours. Refreshing.

Aug 30, 2006 Hazy golden with white head. Aroma and taste of spices (ginger) Some caramel and citrus in here as well. little sweetness. Medium carbonation. Finish is dominated by ginger! OK experiment, a beer to share!

Jul 29, 2006 Bottle. Hazy dark golden with little creamy head. Nice lacing. Spicy/citrussy aroma with yeast. Flavor is yeast, sugar, citrus rind and minerals. Metallic notes. Low carbonation and a bit dull in the mouth. Not really faulty, just lifeless.

Jul 21, 2006 Bottle. Hazy orange/gold with an off-white head. Aromas are fruity, spicy and floral with ginger. Flavours are sweet and fruity with a sweet ginger beer soft drink character. Spicy with mellow lemon notes. Sweet caramel towards the finish. Pretty good.
