Hazy orange-yellow color, small white head. Fruity, melony aroma. Fruity is also flavor, backed with herbs - ginger is dominating. As a spiced beer - very balanced - alcohol is quite hidden.

Feb 7, 2006 Hazy pale gold with a small white head and some sediment. Sweet,fruity aroma with ginger. Couldn’t pick up the ginger in the taste, though. Just a sweet, fruity flavour with a curious hint of pepper. Alcohol is very well hidden.

Golden with large white head. Aroma moderate malty (moderate notes of ginger and elderflower, fruity), light yeasty. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, creamy, flat carbonated. Interesting beer.

Oct 4, 2005 33 cl bottle. Yeast in bottom. Light amber colour with a nice white fluffy head. Great spicy aroma of ginger. Very tasteful ale with notes of ginger that ends in a nice warm way.

It smells remarkably perfumey. Almost like floral gums. There’s a definite floral scent that is great as you’re taking a sip. The taste is perfumey as well, although it doesn’t spoil the ginger flavour that’s subtle. The alcohol content is much higher than you’d expect when tasting. Loooong finish. The palate is really full and makes for a fine drinking experience.

Jun 8, 2005 Hazy amber color with a nice big head. light maltyness in the nose with a good integrated touch of ginger with peppery caracter. The taste is smooth, lively, yeasty and has a malty edge. The ginger is lefting this beer up in an original way. The afthertaste is light bitter with some pepper touches and yeast accents in the end.
