Bottled - St Albans Beer Festival. A superior ginger beer with plenty of it in both the aroma and the taste. Light golden in colour and good balance of the alcohol and the spice.

Bottle. Hazy orange/gold with an off-white head. Aromas are fruity, spicy and floral with ginger. Flavours are sweet and fruity with a sweet ginger beer soft drink character. Spicy with mellow lemon notes. Sweet caramel towards the finish. Pretty good.

Large bottle, not sure if 650 or 750, but corked. Pours turbid dull golden with some off-greenish nasal mucusy color and 2-finger off-white head. Aroma is sweet florals, sticky peaches dipped in caro syrup, berries, ginger, and sesame oil. The taste is malty, with honey, fruit, ginger/sesame, and a fairly dense, velvety, fruity palate that loses some complexity late, but remains a very enjoyable brew.

750 ml bottle from Liquid Solutions. The aroma is primarily ginger. Might be some yeast spice and malt. Hard to tell. Hazy orange gold color with a white head that left fast. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor starts with ginger, light malt, and spice notes. Light stone fruit makes a background. Finish is slightly sweet, but the ginger holds back the effect. A very rich version of Blandford Fly! Try this with sushi.

Light gold body with a bright white head. The aroma is dominated with the ginger. Behind that is some citrus lime and cake donuts. The taste is like flat Sprite with some light ginger. A strange brew.

750mL bottle. Poured brighter golden with a tight-bubbled cap of white head. The aroma picked up very heavy ginger paired with peppery yeast and some bready malts.. warmth introduced banana and cloves.. smelled intriguing, but like something I wouldn’t want a whole lot of........ oh crap, I have a 750. The flavor opened with tangy, peppery spices with ginger increasing in intensity through a few seconds after the finish.. pale malts and a little honey gave sweet support.. again there was some banana and clove laced throughout, as well as dirty, somewhat bitter earth. Medium-bodied and well-carbonated.. spices played well with the malts and yeast, and the flow was solid.. long impression on the finish. Came across as a rather simple Belgian pale ale with ginger.. well-executed, but not so sessionable.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a hazy with suspended floatie strongly carbonated dark yellow colored body. The mild aroma was malty mild spice and mild floral. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mildly biting aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of malt hops and floral. An OK brew just nothing special.

Bottle. Large fluffy white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Color was pale golden like with some cloudiness. Aroma was an excellent balance of spice, ginger and sweet fruity notes with a mild underlying malty feel. Quite balanced and well brewed. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture with a hint of alcohol. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of acidic and bitterness. Mild ginger sweet average duration finish.
