Feb 2, 2005 (Bottled) Hazy golden color with a smallish head. Citric-lemony-ginger, fruity aroma. Fruity ginger flavor, quite pleasant. Medium-bodied, quite low-carbonated palate. A very pleasant and refreshing brew.

Aug 30, 2006 Hazy golden with white head. Aroma and taste of spices (ginger) Some caramel and citrus in here as well. little sweetness. Medium carbonation. Finish is dominated by ginger! OK experiment, a beer to share!

Apr 19, 2008 Bottle , thx to thewolf. Golden / yellow colour witha white head. Aroma is yeast, sugar, ginger, spices. Flavour is yeast, ginger, sweet, fruit. Nice beer.

Jan 31, 2008 Bottle kindly passed onto me from Vale Brewery 31-01-08 Bottle hazy golden pour, ginger is in evidence straight away, although this beer is also quite sweet, but then you notice that there is a nice spiciness to this and the yeast also pitches in but its unmistakeably a ginger beer albeit a slightly sweetish one, I liked this beer.

Jul 12, 2008 Bottle with a best before date of 5/2009. Medium sized white head that mostly diminished, floaties, spotty lacing, very little carbonation, hazy, and a pale yellow hue. The aroma was sweet, fruity, spicy notes, some ginger, and yeast. Ditto for the flavor with a semi-dry finish. The mouthfeel was tingly and this is a medium bodied beer. Quaffable, easy to driink, but very light ginger aroma and flavor IMO. Just a so-so beer for me as it is not a bad beer per se, but it did not leave me wanting to seek this one out again.

Feb 7, 2006 Hazy pale gold with a small white head and some sediment. Sweet,fruity aroma with ginger. Couldn’t pick up the ginger in the taste, though. Just a sweet, fruity flavour with a curious hint of pepper. Alcohol is very well hidden.
